What We Do NOT Store

• Uploaded spreadsheet data: When you upload a CSV or Excel file, we process it in memory only. Your data is never saved to our servers.
• Formulas: We do not save or store any formulas you generate or explain.
• Personal information: We do not collect or retain personal data beyond what's necessary for basic functionality.
• Usage history: We do not track or store your usage patterns or history.

How Processing Works

All processing happens in real-time:

• Your uploaded data is processed in memory only
• AI formula generation happens via API calls to OpenAI
• Once processing completes, your data is discarded
• No data persists on our servers after your session

Third-Party Services

Numstro uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI: For AI-powered formula generation and explanation. Your data is sent to OpenAI's API but is not stored by OpenAI according to their privacy policy for API usage.
• Vercel: For hosting and analytics. Vercel Analytics may collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, etc.) but does not collect personal data.

Cookies and Tracking

Numstro uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Any analytics are anonymized and aggregated.
